Leopards Can't Change Their Spots
Monday, June 16 3:09 PM

Do you believe that people can change? That given enough time they'll be able to emerge from their cacoon & transform into an amazing butterfly? That their petty old habits will disappear given the right circumstances? That once they fall in love, or lust, they'll do anything for that person that brings out the best in them?

Ever heard of the saying, leopards can't change their spots? No matter how in love or in lust you are, the character that makes you unique & evil will always be there. Like a virus living in our bodies, it waits for the right environment to provoke it, & before you can stop it, it unleashes vicious consequenses that we sometimes enjoy. In this case, we get to call in sick, but in other, more evil ways, we'll enjoy the slight relapse in judgement & do something to get our heart's pumping & our hormones to excrete adrenalin. We'll face the consequences later & we'll enjoy the state of pleasure we embarked on.

Think twice before you think that someone has changed for you, because change isn't a permanent thing, it's temporary. True colours will always shine. So don't act surprised when the one you have fallen for has suddenly become a changed man, or woman.

Bad habits can be improved, but since we're so used to doing them, the claws are bound to come out ... eventually.
